Plan your trip
Our celebrations span the San Antonio & New Braunfels area of Texas. Here's how to get here, where to stay, and how to get around.
Where to stay
The venues are spread across New Braunfels, San Antonio, and Helotes, so a hotel in northwest San Antonio keeps you close to everything.
The La Cantera & The Rim area is about 15–20 minutes from the Maha Laxmi Event Hall in Helotes, with plenty of hotels, dining, and shopping.
Our room block details will be added here — check back soon.
Charming and close to Rustic Retreat for the Haldi, Sangeet, and Mehndi. A lovely base if you'd like to explore the Hill Country.
A handful of hotels and cozy stays are a short drive from the venue.
Stay near the famous River Walk if you'd like restaurants and sights at your doorstep — about 30–40 minutes from the venues.
Great for guests making a longer trip of it.
Getting here
The closest airport is San Antonio International Airport (SAT) — roughly 25–35 minutes from the venues.
Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS) is an alternative about 1–1.5 hours away, and sometimes has more flight options.
We recommend renting a car — the events are 20–45 minutes apart and public transit is limited between them.
Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) works well within San Antonio, though it can be harder to catch out in New Braunfels.
Late November in Texas is usually mild — think pleasant days around 65–70°F and cooler evenings in the 40s–50s.
Bring a light jacket or shawl for the outdoor and evening events.
Arriving early or staying on? Don't miss the San Antonio River Walk, The Alamo, and the Pearl District.
Out near New Braunfels, the historic Gruene district and the Texas Hill Country are well worth a visit.
